OK Tubrod 14.35 is a flux-cored wire designed specifically for welding 317 and 317L type stainless steels. Containing higher levels of Mo than the 316, 316L type steels they are normally used where increased resistance to pitting and acid corrosion is required. Typical applications will include chemical and process plant as well as chemical tanker ships. Shielding gas CO2 or Ar+20% CO2.
